Booking Policy
Attire Guidelines:
We appreciate our guests’ individuality and creativity in their attire. We promote a Smart Casual dress code.
Weekend Attire Guidelines:
We kindly request our guests to refrain from wearing sportswear, loungewear, and beachwear such as tracksuits, gym leggings, shorts, flip flops, beach sliders, hoddies , and caps during their visit. Guests may wear smart shorts and open-toed sandals, but not after 8:30pm.
Weekend Age Policy:
On Fridays and Saturdays, guests under 21 years of age are welcome in the restaurant until 8:30pm. We reserve the right to ask for age verification if necessary.
Reservations:
Our bookings are exclusively for dining experiences. Please note that your table will be booked for 2 hours. Outdoor reservations are dependent on the weather. Additionally, our operational hours may vary on bank holidays. For groups of 10 or more, we do require a non-refundable deposit of £20 per person. Dinner and Dance with Live Dj (Friday and Saturday) – Last entry at 11:30pm.
Cake Policy:
While we permit guests to bring their own cakes (except pastries & cupcakes) , we regretfully cannot store them in advance. Guests are responsible for the care and handling of their cakes
Special Celebrations:
For those celebrating a special occasion, we offer to make it extra special for you. Contact us to pre-order your preferred celebratory dessert, complete with a personalised message and a candle.
Cancellation Policy:
We require your card details to secure your booking. Please be aware that failure to cancel your reservation at least 48 hours in advance, or in case of a no-show, will result in a charge of £20 per guest. For groups of 10 or more, we do require a non-refundable deposit of £20 per person.
